Rough day for my 86

yesterday was jus not my day nor my car's....

Yesterday before a trip out to Disneyland with my gf I step on some dog shit and get in my car before I notice:cry:. Guess it's karma for all the times I didn't pick up after my own pup smh. Needles to say it was a mess but luckily the stock floor mat is what took the hit and not the actual interior.

Then we get to disneyland and the trip for got a little car sick and before she could fully open the door to vomit she annihilated a good part of my door interior.

3 months with this car and luck has not been on my side

So I'm asking if I could get some help on cleaning the car. Wipe down the throw up but maybe I need to do more??

Sorry for the long post. Jus figured it might make some yall laugh

It's amazing how many people puke in cars and say NOTHING to the driver....like, I'm feeling bad, you better pull over quick before I get sick.

The parking lot at Disney is huge, why did she wait until you stopped?

I would buy a whole new panel, that's gross.

Vomit (like cat piss) is extremely difficult to extract from porous surfaces. I would take it to a professional (and pay the vomit surcharge) and hope they can save it. Especially out in Cali and the sun/heat will just make it reek like no tomorrow. From personal experience..

I'd suggest you take your car to a detail shop and get them to professionally clean out the puke smell, etc. They'll shampoo and steam clean the inside of the car. $100-$200 would be reasonable. Yuh, karma's a bitch.....but on the upside the car is still sexy...let the professionals clean up puke mess n you be okay dude!

My GF also puked in my car once and trust me take it to a professional. You'll never get the smell out, you'll only make it worse if you try to tackle it on your own. They took my door panel off and steamed it, cleaned all the nooks and crannies and put some Ozone machine in the car to kill the smell. All said and done no more puke smell.

Well tbh it wasn't the trip that got her sick we tried to sneak a few beers in the lot before getting inside the park. She drank em too fast on a full stomach and BAM. I wiped it down immediately. And at the end of the day there was no smell. Same for this morning no smell at all. Wiped the whole inside today with some meguiares products and sprayed some Oziium in there jus in case. So hopefully the throw up didn't get a chance to penetrate. Still need to figure out what to do about my shit stained floor mat
