Unexplained noises

Need your help on this guys..

The past couple of days I've been hearing this noise which can best be described at clunking/scraping type noise when going at low speed. It's hard to replicate since it happens kinda randomly but i can only hear it at low speeds due to the exhaust noise. I think also it happens when going over small bumps on the road. I don't think i can hear it over large bumps.

Here's what's been done recently:

- installed OFH header 2 weeks go....found out there was an exhaust leak so went to retorque the header bolts and found out one of the nuts was about to come off completely. I made sure everything was tight again.

- also tried to install RCE springs but couldn't do through with it since the top strut nut was really hard to get off and I couldn't see how I could hold the inner shaft from spinning with the allen key. I noticed the shaft turned about 1/2 turn when attempting to remove the top nut.

Now, I'm hearing this noise but can't figure out if it's the header making noise because the bolts are loose again or if accidently screwed up the struts by spinning the shaft (even though it wasn't that much of a spin..1/2 turn or so).

So...I wanted to know if you guys think the strut is done even this minor shaft spin or if you guys think it's the header not being torqued down correctly.

Apologies if this isn't making any sense but trying my best to describe the situation.

A sound clip from this morning. So I can only hear it when I go over small bumps and in low RPMs. I am not sure if it's happening at higher RPMs because the exhaust noise drowns out the noise maybe.

I not inclined to say it's knocking due to bad DI seals because this sounds more like metallic popping/clunking.
