Air bags w/ rough terrain

I'm used to the off road community with trucks and more specifically the FJ cruiser. While we take them off road there is a button to turn off the side curtain air bags as when at an extreme angle they can go off. My question is will our frs air bags go off if I drive it very hard on loose sand/gravel. Basically like a rally car :D. I just don't want them going mid drift and have them "sense" a side impact and deploy. Also is it possible to go into tech stream and turn them off. Thanks

Not too sure, but maybe you can pull a fuse?

Nope! They require very specific impact forces and locations to go off. Just don't go rock climbing with it!!!!

Hellllll yeah!!! One of the first things I did when I got my frs was some light off-roading before lowering it. haha

Mine came lowered and even though not drastic even on roading can be a challenge!
