I was in a unfamiliar area and i cut this guy off in a security truck or ranger not sure so he turns around and turn the yellow lights on, writes my plate down and just leaves.. Never gets out the car ir anything.. His truck said Penns wood crossing.

google search shows Pennswood Crossing as some manufactured housing community -- probably just their own private security.

So I'm not familiar with the laws in that state and this is my opinion, however, I'm sure that in order to recieve a ticket for a crime in your state, a sworn law enforcement officer has to issue the ticket and you would have received it right on the spot. You could actually get that Pennswood employee is some serious trouble for illegally detaining you.

Yea, the guy literally pulled a fast U turn so i stopped and was excpeting him to talk shit or whatever, then after a min he just leaves giving me a dirty look. And me and this girl were laughing cause he really turned on the yellow emergency lights thinking he was a real cop or something.
