First off, let me start off by saying I am not trying to bash this company and still am looking fwd to owning their product. But I am just looking for a little comfort or confirmation from others who may have ordered as well. Has anyone else ordered from this company besides myself and @OmarGC..? I ordered back in January and these were supposed to be shipped as of Feb 1st (the groupbuy and other threads were locked). I have been communicating with @streetzeal via email on and off and still haven't received any type of shipping confirmation. They claim they have shipped "others" out on 2/1. Just wanted to see if any of those "others" have received any type of confirmation. They sent me a picture of my "packaged product" to make me feel better. But until I see the product has shipped, a picture means nothing. I don't wanna get jipped of my $ (It took several messages and emails to finally get a response). If someone can confirm shipment, that would be awesome. I don't think I'm being unreasonable.. as I put in my order expecting shipment on 2/1 as promised. Am I?

Let me know how this goes. I live in the same city as one of the owners so if for some reason they stop responding I could help initiate communication. I wouldn't worry about it though, they are good guys.

This is the exact reason I asked so many questions about their past businesses in the other threads. Some people even got aggravated by it. But hey, I wasn't going to spend money until I was satisfied they were legit.

Do they have actual CFD data like FT86, or is just cosmetic?

He PM'd me about my repeated questions about their background and told me he'd get back to me with info on their businesses. Still waiting on that since December 10.

Yeah he sent me his # to talk over the phone. I opted not to just cause I wanted everything in writing if I have to file a PayPal claim or dispute. Hopefully they come through. @dobbrz I really appreciate that man, I'll keep you updated!

Hope you get this figured out! Kinda glad I didn't drop the 400 bucks on one now.

Hopefully that won't be an issue if it comes to that since I used PayPal.

Not sure if the West Coast port shutdown has anything to do with it but it has affected some items of mine coming from Japan. The shut down is affecting all shipments coming from Asia. If I'm not mistaken... these diffusers were coming from China. Not sure if this affects Canada either.

Keep in mind you have only a certain amount of time from when you PAID through paypal.

"Check the date! All claims must be filed within 45 days of the transaction or the claim will be denied"
