Crash Test Results - American, Australian and Japanese Tests

I found the following crash tests conducted by various US, Australian and Japanese agencies:

1 IISH (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety)

see: http://www.iihs.org/iihs/ratings/vehicle/v/subaru/brz

Overall OK, except for marginal "Structure and Safety Cage". On page 15 of the detailed report, it says

"The driver space was not maintained well, with maximum intrusion of the lower interior of 31 cm at the lower hinge pillar. Upper interior intrusion measured as much as 1618 cm at the instrument panel and hinge pillar. The door sill was pushed in laterally 20 cm toward the driver."

2 NHTSA (National Highway Safety): 5 Stars!

see: http://www.safercar.gov/Vehicle+Shop...odel=BRZ&year=

3 JNCAP (Japan New Car Assessment Programme) : 4 Stars out of 5

see: http://www.nasva.go.jp/mamoru/en/car_detail/151

4 ANCAP (Australian New Car Assessment Programme): 5 Stars out of 5

No European crash test was found.

Overall: I thought the tests are consistent with my subjective impression of the Toybaru.
