What do you want it for? If you have an Android phone, the bluetooth ELM327 + the Torque app should serve you pretty well.
If you're on iPhone, the wifi version of the ELM327 and the Dash Command app. |
Autoenginuity
Looking at purchasing the scanner with the Chrysler software for use with my diesel Ram and Jeep. Diagnostic uses mainly, although access to manipulate some modules may be allowed (change tire size, radio options, DRL optios ect.) Software packages are offered for numerous manufacturers. According to the techie I spoke with (he did not know what a BRZ is at first), the Toyota package includes Scion which allows communication with BRZ. I am looking for enhanced scanning capability (beyond generic OBDII) for multiple brands in one unit (you actually use a laptop with interface harness)
