They are back testing again around "the ring" in Germany and we can tell that these photos are new because this mule has the taped up hood scoop...

To me it seems on these pics that they have removed the tape on top for the top mount intercooler and replaced it with some sort of breathable mesh. Or it could be some wishfull thinking and the lighting playing tricks on me at weird angles.

Without any other real news to go on at least we can take solace in knowing that Subyota is still seriously testing this platform.

I've seen the exactly same post and link when I googled a couple of days back.

It's true this exact link was posted a couple of days ago in the autoblog thread and I somehow missed it my bad.

The pictures from autoblog and this site seemed to have been taken around the same time, but if you compare head on shots from both sites the autoblog hoodscoop is clearly all taped up and this one is different. Maybe they are testing both a NA version with the taped up scoop and a FI version with black mesh over the scoop for the top mount?
