Used parts = reduced price

Let's not insult fellow owners .No brainer , If you could buy a new car and expect to drive it back in dealership the following week and and get what you paid for it would be unrealistic .Everyone has the right too opinion but seriously let's be fair I ended only getting 80 dollars for my stock tires with only 10k wear that's life there used and no demand for them.

Keep Driving And Smiling

Sorry, whats the purpose of this post?

Burrcold 02-13-2015 11:32 PM

D_Thissen 02-14-2015 12:04 AM

Cool story, bro

Sounds like you bought a 1/4 zipper with the proceeds and smoked it all before starting this thread. I hope you are enjoying your chips and ice cream now. LOL.

CARBONGT86 02-14-2015 07:45 AM

Point of thread hmm let's see a lot of people posting used parts for unfair prices too fellow owners . My used tires were example of the reality behind selling used parts you always take hit and that's life. (Clarification of post thread) I f you still don't understand the purpose of the thread, ask someone with higher I.Q too explain it too you.

Burrcold 02-14-2015 10:38 AM

So you are mad that people try and sell stuff for too high of a price? Don't buy it then. Simple. If they are truly overpriced then nobody else will buy it either. I don't get your point. Are you trying to say that members should sell stuff for dirt cheap because we are a "community"?

You didn't happen to run over some rocks and pop some tires did you? Squadrogue... Is that you?

No one is forced to pay any price for used parts. If you want to put a high price on it and wait and see if someone wants to pay then that's your choice. Please consult a person with a higher "I.Q" in regards to this.

I get what you're saying but I agree with the OP that it's a little insulting when people post parts with a year of wear for essentially MSRP. Always stating things like "if you consider taxes and shipping from US this is a bargain" when really it isnt.

It's not about "community" its about not being a shitty person and trying to rob people who don't know better.

Mr.Impreza 02-14-2015 11:30 AM

Wow...$80.00? for the rims and tires or just tires?

Flat Black VW 02-14-2015 11:34 AM

So dont buy high priced parts....

Simple econ, high price->no one buys->price goes down

This thread is retarded

BatStig 02-14-2015 12:12 PM

I believe OP is upset due to one of my FS threads: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=81867
