TOM's Taillights LEDs out
 

So I didn't see anything related to this but figured this would be the best place to try and get some help. So I bought clear TOMs from a Vendor that is no longer in business...everything was great until recently. Both of them now have 3 leds out in the same corner. (Will post pics when I get home)

Anyone know how I can get in contact with TOMs to try and get a warranty replacement? Fortunately both tails lost the same LEDs so it doesn't look too bad and almost looks intentional but I now know they are out (thanks @Chen :mad0260:) and I am picky when it comes to this kind of thing.

And it's 4 LEDs not 3 I find it really weird both sides lost the same 4 LEDs

At least they don't behave condensation.

Yup, just posted in that other thread...I have same issue, just on one side and just one light, for now! Did you end up resolving yours?

Never ended up resolving it but was able to sell them so that was a plus
