[Norcal] *Works is looking for an R&D car

I just wanted to post this here to make sure you Norcal people know that I'm not neglecting you when it comes to R&D opportunities. I don't know if Works will give you parts for free or at a discount, but these guys are big in the Evo community and they are looking to get into the FRS/BRZ community.

I use to have a Evo 10 and WORKS really screwed me over...they said they were going to help me out with SEMA and didn't get a call back left emails, calls nothing...horrible customer service...just my 2 cents..

just giving who ever goes a heads up...

I have dealt with them at shows and for purchasing before and have never had any type of poor service.

They do go racing quite a bit, so maybe you caught them at a really busy part of the season???

I am sorry about your experience, I have had a great relationship with WORKS for several years and have never had a bad experience. There are extremely knowledgeable and do some of the cleanest "work" I have ever seen. There may be more to this, but I would have NO trouble recommending them for anything personally.

seems like a cool idea, but they're gonna dyno the car. Still in my break in period otherwise I'd consider it.

I just got over 1000mi last night and contacted them today. Gonna set something up early next week it looks like. Though I didn't mention I have an AT, hopefully it's not an issue
