Some things I think so far:

Sure would be nice to have offered a lighter color for the interior, especially here in S. Florida. The black seats show everything.

I got the Bespoke radio. They obviously want you to use a smart phone with it, so why did they put the plugs for the iPhone on the dash and then make you use a long cord to the storage in the center console? Why not put the plugs in the console or better yet a docking station on the dash? It could have inserts to fit the different smart phone shapes. I'm going to fish the wires under the console and (yikes) cut a hole under the cup holder

The voice recognition for the Bespoke NEVER recognizes what you say and the maps are so very slow.

No arm rest. Yes I know it's a sports car, but I still like to be comfortable when I'm stuck in traffic. I know they have it coming out in fourth quarter, but it should have been there for the launch

There is no storage! I had to get a small bag to put my much needed junk in. There should have been more storage in the doors.

End of picking nits. This car is a lot of fun to drive. It puts a smile on my face every time I take it out.

IIRC, an arm rest is coming as a dealer accessory from Scion. Just not out yet.

i need that stupid arm rest too -- i dont get why they didnt include that instead of that weird cup holder thing that keeps moving around...

Yeah +1 on the arm rest deal. I could care less about the cup-holders 99% of the time. I wish the iPod dock worked better in the Scion cup-holder thing, takes a little fiddling though it is kind of nice (just have to take off the rubber bumper case first, meh).
