Can anybody give me a summary of the manual BOOK for the FR-S
Cant be assed reading it all.

The dealer only goes through the basics, have you seen the manual its more than what a dealer can take you through.

Yes, I've seen the manual. I've had to reference some things in it, so like a responsible car owner, I went through the manual and found what I needed without asking the Internet to do the grunt work for me.
