Luck Guy

You may think that Augusto Farfus is a lucky guy because he gets paid to drive cars for a living.

You may think that he is really lucky because he gets paid to drive for the BMW DTM factory team, and probably gets a BMW for personal use as well.

You'd be correct, but you would not yet comprehend just how lucky this guy is. Watch the video to find out… :respekt:

Lol, it's like their having a bedroom conversation. "Slow down Ninho". "But I'm almost done."

I love the voice. It conveys such emotion! I think it's adorable.

Video posted about a very lucky guy driving around the Nurburging with his wife in a very fast BMW given to him by his employer with full intention of him driving it balls to the wall.

Comments are about his wife's voice.

And here I thought I was on a car forum.

Well tbh, the mic was in the wrong place. It was in the cabin, not on the rear bumper so :iono:

My wife and two of her friends asked to come to a track day with me this year. I was going to take them out for a few 8/10ths laps, but this is making me think twice.

If any of them complain like that, I will not hesitate to pit and drop them off.

My wife was in my car for the 3rd time ever on the weekend and just driving through town was all:
"This is too bumpy"
"How can you hear"
"Stop spinning the tires"
"Do you have to go around corners so fast"
"Slow down"
"Slow down"
"Slow down"
"Slow down"
(never went over the speed limit once)

Honestly, its probably not a good idea.

The experience as a passenger is always worse than that of the driver. Think about it, as driver you are not only in control but you are more grounded in the car because you have a grip on the wheel. The passenger has nothing to hold onto so they are getting beat to death.

Yeah I've ridden as a passenger a few times and it's definitely scarier not being in control.

The problem is they asked and I already agreed.

I think I'll bring the GTI on all-season tires. Less grip, FWD, softer. Has solid door grips :) What could go wrong haha...
