Track Day Tool Kit

I'm putting together a tool box to carry in the car to track days.
#1 question, is everything on the FRS metric? Or do I need any SAE wrenches and sockets?
#2, besides basic socket set, combination wrenches, screw drivers, players, allen wrenches, what else should I bring?

I also have a jack, impact gun, and torque wrench for tire changes at the track.

#1. So far every bolt/nut I have had to touch on my FRS has been metric.

#2. If you're going to be prepared for anything.... spare fluids (oil, coolant, brake), spare brake pads. You didn't mention a tape. Always good to have tape. Also a utility knife would be good.

Always handy to have a tyre pressure gauge as well so you can adjust pressures once tires are up to temp. Jackstands as well if you are taking a jack.

Players? Like some team athletes, a few gamblers, a couple of lounge lizards, and a few love them and leave them females? Where would you put them and how would they be used?

I think you mean pliers.:bonk:

More seriously though, if you bring a jack and jack stands, bring some wheel chocks to use with them. Depending on the track, a 12V air pump to adjust tire pressure is useful. Some tracks will have compressed air available (or compressed nitrogen), others will have a gas station nearby, but it can still be more convenient to have your own compressor. Zip ties and mechanics wire can do things that tape cannot for temporary repairs. Shop duty paper towels, disposable nitrile work gloves and/or mechanics gloves, and waterless hand cleaner and/or hand cleaning moist towels are extremely useful.

I like to bring quick detailer spray to quickly clean the car and the wheels when the day is done. Window cleaner is especially useful as it is difficult to drive well if you can't see. Bring lots of microfiber towels to do the work.

- Big ****ing hammer (you'll be surprised how many problems this can solve)

- An umbrella (for your umbrella girl to hold)

Thanks all for the suggestions. Most of the items mentioned I have but some I hadn't thought of.
PS, I have an umbrella, just have to find the girl!

Got all that plus 1/2" set, and 2 sets of combination wrenches.
BUT
All metric.
