Updating the Wheel Directory: volunteers?
 

Hey guys,

I have been to busy to update the Wheel Directory since May of 2014. I just sold my FR-S yesterday which means that I likely will stop updating it.

Are there any volunteers in here that would step up to crowdsource the updates? Maybe a few different people that could each have a different task so that it wouldn't be so daunting? It's a real time consuming project for a single person!

Give a shout if you would like to have a weekly ten minute job that would help continue this valuable project into the future.

If you have a formula for how you decide what/how/when wheels are added, I can take over.

Shame to see you go. You contributed a lot to this community, definitely improved this place a lot.

People will be reading your DIY threads and wheel directory for years to come.

I'm sure everyone else on the forum will wish you luck with whatever car and project you pick up next!

I have been subscribed to the wheel directory and have the weekly emails with all new links. If someone wants to go through them to find the topics that need to be added then shoot me a PM.

Please read the topic before you blindly post... this is not the Wheel Directory, this is a topic seeking people to take over that topic. It's pretty obvious. :)

I never got a response from @Hachiroku after asking him about promoting you to a sub-forum moderator. I just sent him another PM about it.

In the meantime, let's communicate via email so I can get you started on the first task. I'll PM you my email address.

I'm still pretty new, but would like to help out if it's needed.

Great to know. CSG Mike is currently going through the last 37 weeks of new posts to find the ones that need to be added to the WD... then we will need some volunteers to help compose the entries.
