driveway scraping

Just moved into a new condo, was excited to have a giant 2 car garage, only to discover that my front lip scrapes up the rounded curb to get in the damn garage at stock height... what would be the best and cheapest way to attack the issue? (grinding down the lip isn't an option lol - hoa and renting >.<). Google searching for something to bridge over the gutter didn't come up with much useful info... just placing a 2x4 or something unsightly will get me in trouble quick...

Any recommendations?

Thanks

That bridgit is $300 but at least would probably pass without complaints from neighbors. A steel plate bolted down would get me flagged instantly

if you had to take it at an angle?

lift kit.

I'd say throw down a small metal plate like the one you have pictured. I'm not usually anti-establishment, but don't ask the HOA about anything. They'll just shoot you down immediately.

I used to live in a house with one of those stupid rolled curb driveways and I had a lowered 240sx. The HOA had banned the use of those bridges. I just had to learn exactly what angle to approach the driveway. Took a while but it wasn't an issue after a couple of weeks.

Build a rally car with the FRS. Wont car about scraping no more. :)

In the dark of night, fill the void with quick-dry concrete. If questioned, feign ignorance.

Please update when mission is accomplished.

Repeat for neighboring driveways to reduce suspicion.:bellyroll:

Carry a couple blocks of wood with you in your car, get them out when you get to your driveway. Or, raise your car up.

Guess common sense isn't so common anymore

I think its utter BS that an HOA is basically trying to control what kind of car you buy. HOAs are for busybodies who don't have anything better to do with their time.

Or HOAs are perfectly fine telling you how you should live your life.

He is at stock so short of going all rally car raising isn't an option. If a busy area stopping and placing blocks probably isn't a good idea either.
If can't approach at the proper angle then the Bridgit is probably the best bet.
