good seeing you guys last night, even if it was only briefly when not on the karting track. I got hit pretty hard in the side, my arm/shoulder are kind of tweaked so driving home was painful. make me think twice about going out with you guys racing again hahaha...

Yes, but my car, josh, and I will be at Joey's shop up the hill getting my headers and new exhaust installed into my FR-S. So if you guys originally wanted to meet elsewhere, its not a big deal to us, since we will be at his shop for a good while.

mike_frs 04-12-2015 07:23 PM

I'm down! I'll be there sorry guys just been busy with school

There will prob little or no room at Joey's shop next door. People are free to park there, but it is difficult. And I think people will be pretty hungry. I will be bringing my car to Joey as well. I made an appointment last week.

See everyone there tomorrow!

I am not suggesting parking at joey's shop. but for people who want to watch and hang there, there is parking around this shop still.

No, we are still meeting at Westborough. A few of us will be having our cars in the shop on the next block. I will be coming over to hang with you guys at Westborough. Just park at Westborough.

I was not implying that you were suggesting to park at Joey's shop. What I wanted to clarify to others that it is difficult to park at Joey' shop. I should have added the fact that the shop is behind a gas station.

I think it is best for people to hang out for a bit at Westborough Plaza first and eat. After eating, the remaining people could drive over one block. I think it best to avoid clogging the shop and the gas station with the twins.

mike_frs 04-14-2015 06:24 AM

Anybody down for Pho Saigon? I'm kind of craving a BBQ Rib Rice Plate lol

KalbiCool88 04-14-2015 03:20 PM

Perhaps I too shall make an appearance.

NissanGuy 04-14-2015 09:22 PM

I personally like the Westborough location so I am in favor .

Does anyone oppose having next week's meet there ?

mike_frs 04-18-2015 03:36 AM

So it's my birthday next friday and my pops decided to buy me an early birthday present and ordered me a set of KW V3's :)

Any place I can get a good alignment after I install? Also should I corner balance or nah?

For alignment, The Shop San Bruno would be choice. There's also a relatively new place called The One Auto Service in Daly City.

Lokenzi 04-22-2015 12:24 AM

Just got here, where is everyone at?

ohmai18 04-22-2015 07:53 AM

I bought EL headers from the now discredited FA20club before all the bad reviews hit. Well, I had it installed today and let's say I ran into fitment issues. The point that most worries me is the clearance between the high flow cat and the wires of the cam sensor. Here are a few pictures.

I definitely plan on getting new headers soon so I don't have to continue running a risk.

So the question is how high is the risk?

Those wires and connector will not withstand the heat from that small clearance. I would not run that header that way, unless you looking for new issues from the melted wiring on the Cam sensor.

Yeah, I am going back to stock. Not running any risks. Seriously, piece of shit design by a shitty shop owned by a criminal. I had this sitting around for a year and saw all the bad reviews come out. I gave it a chance. NOPE.

cplabaunza 04-23-2015 12:10 PM

I just sold my FR-S and have a Borla UEL header I will be selling...if you're looking for another header shoot me a PM and we can work something out. Also have a Openflash Tuner...

Interested in OFT. Going for a high end header.

Hey Everyone,

Can we try somewhere radically different for next Tuesday? Somewhere we have not been to before?

Sounds like a good idea , any suggestions ?

My suggestions would be Pieology in Daly City

Or Blaze Pizza in SF !

Veloist 04-27-2015 02:30 PM

Going to keep the flame of desire for an FR-S alive by joining you guys tomorrow! Pieology in DC is pretty small btw but I like it better than Take One.

There's Panera as well! I think that's a good location, and parking should be easy to fine around the time we all meet so there's a good chance everyone can park together.

ohmai18 04-28-2015 12:47 AM

So Pielogy location?
