I bought one and got it last week but my mom just called and said Fedex tried to deliver it to me so I'm guessing Ace Header put my address under that guy's order? I rejected the delivery so @AceHeader-MT you might want to check with Fedex who's going to be holding it at their location.

This is me. I received it last week. Lol. Now I know where you live! I thought it was just a glitch on the fedex site until the product reached LA but I'm from Norcal. Thanks!

The numbered badge on my type A header is gone! Pulled the aluminum tray today while changing he oil, and everything looked good- BUT MY NUMBERED BADGE IS GONE OFF OF MY HEADER!!
Nothing has hit it, broken it, or anything. I guess the swelling and shrinking with heat is real. &@#%€¥!!!
Physics.

You always have your keychain so you're all good.

Yeah but it's not the same. Plus, it now has four broken welds. It is still a great header, I'm just sad that it is long gone.

Hmm.. I thought you guys would know.. I need a quick "number" for a possible header, intake, tune on e85 for our cars. Can even be the Ace header that does 199 whp on 91. how much could someone see with that 199whp number and then adding E85 into the mix?

If you read the rest of the review, there are ethanol numbers as well.

Ace 4-2-1 Header

I installed my header two weekends ago and have experienced some rubbing. There was some minor contact on the skid plate which I flattened out, but the rubbing noise remains. I removed the skid plate last night to rule it out as the source, but am still hearing rubbing.
I was really hoping it wouldn't rub as this is a daily drive for me.
Type B 250 with only 800 miles.

Probably the OP rubbing on the subframe. Loosen everything up and see if you can move it away from the subframe before re-tightening it. If that doesn't help, you may need stiffer engine mounts.

I've been following this for a while and would like to see results of the cs400 when it's fully tested.

That being said does anyone know if the "tinny resonance" I noticed is unavoidable in an equal length header? (the avcs coming on around 3700 makes a cheap Honda civic eBay exhaust note) ***I had the nameless header with catted and resonated FP.

I didn't notice it in the videos but I'm pretty sure it's something mostly heard inside the car. Anyone who knows what I'm going on about please chime in.
Thanks

Theoretically yes, by just making a really, really heavy header to damp the sound.

Hmmm not sure if I want to do that again.... Sold the car due to having a kid sooner than expected. Plan on buying one this coming winter when prices drop.

Guess I'll look into UEL. Sound is part of the pleasure. I don't live close to a track so the cars only purpose will be driving enjoyment.

The UELs exhibit this less, as a whole, because they're cast headers which are thicker and heavier. Also, the UEL rumble is loud enough to mask many noises.
