my right Spyker tail light is dim.
 

About a week ago, my right led bar Spyder tail went out/dim. (1 should I open the seal and replace the bulb? (2 get a brand new pair of oem lights? Ps I've checked all the connection lines to see it works and they do work. Also the light turns on when I step on the breaks.
