What part of town? I have used 2 good places in Markham and Scarborough.

Around 350 for the good stuff.

Not GTA, but in Guelph, Houghton Auto did my 626 for 220 and that came with a lifetime warranty. I'd guess that for the FRS, it would be 170-190. Maybe worth it if you don't mind the hour or so drive.

FX Auto on Heritage ( off McCowan across from Markville) and Autolinks on Nantucket in the Kennedy/Ellesmere area both did excellent work for my cars. Highly suggest Pinnacle non metallic with infrared heat blocking over the cheaaper generic stuff. You get what you pay for.

Can't remember the price but whatever it was definitely worth it

I've done 4 cars at Audio Heaven now, Subaru, Volvo, Honda, Scion and every time I'm pleased.

If by front you mean wind shield, then no. Side windows and rear for $350
