got it this afternoon. I'm in upstate NY - paid 24,999 + TTL for manual premium & they've got a WRB limited manual too with no home... but this one is mine. The lady wasn't convinced until the first ride, now she's a believer. (anyone wanna buy a Suzuki Bandit 1250 - it's gonna be lonely)

Congratulations! You guys are lucky. Many of us are on waiting lists and are not included on this initial allocation so, we may not get our cars until next year. Your were definitely at the right place at the right time! Enjoy that beautiful car!...and companion!!! You better behave or she'll take your keys away.

It's just how this dealer does it - big volume - great deals - no fuss. I've been talking to them since October & they always said "we sell under MSRP" and I thought, yeah right - not the BRZ... But, without even asking, 24999 - nothing else (TTL was T $2000 TL $226) I tried to pre-order with them, but they wouldn't be bothered. Just lucky their first one in was just what I wanted. They said no one else has even called them about the BRZ!?!

It's Simmons-Rockwell in Elmira, NY. They try hard to sell a gadget to stop rust and extended warranty - but it was easy for me to say no to that.

If anyone's undecided about the BRZ - just buy it, you'll be amazed. Radio & Nav's pretty good too. I had my iphone 4s hooked up & contacts synced in about 2 minutes. Sucks you gotta be stopped to make a call - anyone know if you can override that?

Use the voice activated function, you can place calls using that while driving, you just can't do it by poking the screen.
