Perrin Inlet and CAI

Hi all,
Im looking to purchase a Perrin Inlet and CAI (2.5) To run this setup would I need to get a tune ?

Thanks!

You can use the supplied MAF scale for the perrin inlet but you'd probably be better off scaling your own MAF to suit your particular car.

Is a tune absolutely necessary with these particular mods? No. But your car will run much better with a tune and a properly scaled MAF.

thank you for the response.

Im kinda noobish so bear with me. How would I go about getting the supplied MAF to my car?

Sebastian,

You won't need a tune specific to the PERRIN intake as long as it's the normal size intake. We do have a MAF curve that has been tweaked slightly, and if you'd like a copy of it, email me at maps@perrinperformance.com, thanks!

Great! will it matter if I'm using both the Perrin Inlet hose and Perrin intake?

Inlet won't make a difference, it is after the sensor.

If you do plan to tune, get the BigMAF version :)

The inlet hose won't make a difference as far as the mapping goes.
