Local tuning shops who will tune with OpenFlash Tablet?

Has anyone come across any local/tri-state tuning shops who will do custom dyno tunes using the OFT platform?

With my mods I can easily fall in the Stage 2 EL e85 map but I'd prefer a more tailored tune.

so most reputable tuners would be able to tune with oft, its just the fact that they take so long to flash, you are going to burn a hole in your pocket with dyno time, unless you etune

Yeah I've thought about this...I'm hoping the OTS maps only need slight tweaks to get to be perfect and shouldn't take too long...

why don't you log some 3rd gear pulls and send them to @shiv i think he'll give you the best e-tune for price.

I've considered that and even e-mailed him about custom tunes.....about 8 weeks ago...still haven't heard back. Every time I've tried to make contact with that company their communication is lacking so I'm not sure I want to wait 2 months in between tweaks...

Oh. That doesn't sound like them. Have you posting in the tuning section and tagging them? That might get there attention. But as far as I know most tuners don't what to deal with oft because it's open source. That's why I switched to ecutek. Plus the boost tho. Lol

That's pretty much what it boils down to. We can tune with anything but you're paying 160-200/hour for dyno time. After 10 OFT flashes you burned an hour. I can do that in 15 minutes with EcuTek. About half way into the tuning session you just paid for that EcuTek license and get a ton more features too. And that's not counting the time saved when adjusting maps. With the EcuTek interface it takes about 20 seconds for me to make relative adjustments with fuel/timing/cam/di timing and whatever else. Can't move that quickly with a clunky interface.
