I suggest doing your research on the tuners themselves, as well as contacting them with questions. I've seen cars shipped from Florida to NorCal to swap the tune, then down to SoCal to fix the motor after the blew. Another guy drove from Texas to Virginia, because the product, install and mostly tune were worth it. I have eTuned (remotely tuned) all the way across the country from day one and still do it today - because the tuner is that good.
Finding your closest tuner is not as important as the best tuner for your needs.
