Mach V Wicked Awesome 18x9.5 -- click me!

This size would probably need a wheel spacer in front to clear the strut. We haven't fit 'em up yet.

Edit: The wheel does NOT run into the front strut, but tire clearance will be very tight, so use caution.

Dan I've got a track day coming up on feb 8th and was going to order up the 17x9 untill I saw this. Any chance you got clearance tests yet on this Wicked Awesome 18x9.5?

We just did today. The wheel DOES clear the strut in the front, although it's tight. You won't be able to run a very wide tire, or the tire will run into the spring perch. (You could potentially trim the perch, and/or use a spacer to move the wheel out enough...)

My guess is that a 245/35R18 will probably clear, but a 255 may not. I'm not sure, though -- that wide of a wheel means the sidewall will be pretty sloped, so even the 255 MIGHT fit...

I'll probably just stick to the 17's then. Any pictures? :coolpics:
