Sometimes I question if this car was worth it since my mr2 provides almost everything the FRS offers and with way more power. But when I get into the FRS, row a few gears and take a few sharp turns, I know why I have this car. Plus is has back seats if needed, gets good gas mileage, and it looks gorgeous.

The only regret I have was not getting the brz instead.

The HID headlamps! Of all the headlamps on the market for the ft86 trio, I still think the stock brz are the nicest looking. Importantly, they are factory OEM. That means quality. Now, I have to fudge with dodgy aftermarket crap if I want HID's for my FRS when I could've gotten the brz and be done with it. The little interior knickknacks are nice too. Either way, they're all the same shit. I'll eventually retrofit brz lamps on my car.

The Forte Koup and FRS both have the same amount of power, but the Kia is turbocharged so it probably has more of a "kick" in acceleration.

I don't really know why I own the FRS. I have a sportier car (Porsche 911) and a comfier car (BMW z3) but the FRS is just too enjoyable as an all-arounder. That's what makes it special to me.

Wait, you traded in 2 cars and you're still making payments on a used (I'm assuming) car? You may have been swindled.

If you're after power, this is absolutely NOT the car to buy. Everybody buying this car should know well in advance that this car is not powerful. I understood this going in. In fact, I am glad it only has 200hp and underwhelming so it gives me a chance to train myself on how to drive the car properly. I can't stand people who bitch about the low power of these cars. It's about the handling! Power? Any idiot can add power. Very few are able to make use of it. Even the some 275 horsepowers in my mr2 is more than I can handle. Sadly, I probably will never be able to drive it comfortably fast. Whereas the FRS is so forgiving, going balls out isn't so scary. That was the concept of ft86.

What's the saying... Going fast in a slow car is more fun than driving a fast car slow.

OP, congrats on the FRS. Now let the crickets begin!
