OFT Website no reply
 

I ordered my OFT. Got a confirmation email and number but no tracking g information. Does anyone have a number I could call to ask them where the heck it's at? It been since December 4th..

Use google. It's pretty awesome at finding numbers.

That's my issue though. I called that number and it said it was not in service. I even tried the toll free Vishnu number and got the same thing.

Their office is closed until Jan 5.

That is our number (it's also listed on the website). It definitely works as I just tried it. But our office is closed until Jan 5th. But if you send an email or call back on Monday, one of the guys can definitely help then. All OFT orders placed before the holidays have shipped as far as I know.

BTW, the old toll free number was disabled a long time ago (it is no longer listed on the website).

Thanks Shiv! I was able to get through from my work phone, I guess my cell is acting up. I left a voice mail so perhaps I'll be receiving a call next week?

yes indeed :) But it may also be a good idea to send an email to sales@openflashperformance.com too asking for shipping information. Just give them your invoice number and they can quickly look it up and tell you what is going on. If you have confirmed your payment and you have not received your OFT, there is a good chance it is sitting someone it should't be. Easy enough for the guys to figure it out though! Sorry for the problem and have a good NYE!
