I know this isn't helpful for your issue, but this explains why you aren't getting a response.

Fittings are going to be kit specific. But, they are regular old AN fittings you can order easily.

First I'd make sure they are the right sized fittings matching the threads. You may simply have to retap the threads and get the correct fitting. FA20club has been know to piece kits together, see above posters link. If you do reinstall the fitting a dab of anti seize will help.

Secondly don't apply locktite or teflon tape. If you need a quick temp fix a dab of black rtv should get you to the next oilchange though your gambling at that point.

After Kiske's comment, I read that using tape on AN fittings or any type of threadlock is a no-no, so I'm assuming replacing the fitting is the only valid option here? I'm starting to wonder if its the threading on the oil pan that might be causing it now

Noogin the an fittings dont need any tap on them they sealed seat to face.
you can buy small seat savers from any hydraulic shop put them between faces and tighten.
check its not leaking from between the shell and hose this is another leak point.
i make hoses in hyd shop all day so this is not an uncommon prob.

Noogin yes they are a cone shape alloy crushable washer.
seal saver or seat saver they call them.
only 3 or 4 daollars to fix prob.
