Wheel stud shop installations recommendations

Hi Bay Area Peeps,

I am looking to remove my stock wheel studs and install ARP wheel studs. I have called around looking for quotes and so far I have been quoted:

-$685 FFtech (really?)
-$355 Gst
-$250 Speed element

Any other shop recommendations? Good pricing and good work.. no hack jobs pls. :thanks:

RBMS Autocare in Hayward. Down the street from GST Motorsports.

I don't know what Mert will charge you, but he takes care of all my cars.

Is that with studs included? if so the $250 seems really reasonable. Or just DIY using a stack of washers. Could also check Mann or Edge Motoworks

I also recommend RBMS.

I did it myself with access to a regular Harbor Freight hydraulic press.

All you need is about 6 hours of downtime from start to finish, and a flat place to put the car up on jackstands.

Holy crap. And that was the cheapest. This is why I do all my own work. Lol.

On that note the washer method works fairly well and this isn't a difficult job to DIY.
