Scheduled maitenence dealers in OC?
 

My scheduled service is co!ing up again and where is the best place for a maitenence? I reside in Irvine and I've heard bad reviews fro! Irvine Toyota, and Tustin Toyota ordered floor mats for my worn out ones but never got a call to pick them up. Where in Orange county are you guys going to?

Tustin Toyota hasn't let me down thus far. I called for an appointment and showed up early. They got me out in right away and under 45 min for the first scheduled maintenance. I even specifically mentioned not to wash my car (CQuartz Finest) and they provided me with what I needed with no fuss. They lack in other areas at that dealership when you're buying or purchasing non-repair related parts but their scheduled stuff has worked on the family Corolla and Camry the last couple of years.

I went to south coast scion for my first oil change maintenance and as well as my window squeak problem. They took longer than expected to fix the window problem because they ordered the parts for wrong side, but they gave me a rental during those time. I recommend them for sure =)

You want the best service? Befriend a service tech or find one who drives a twin since they're more likely to know how to work on one and know the issues you may speak of. You can request a certain tech to work on your car when you get to the dealership. I've only had my first service so far, but going in without an appointment, I special requested a friend. He pulled my car in front of the handful of other cars in front of me and did every single special request I had and got me out in 45 minutes.
