If so, do the following (taken from http://blog.perrinperformance.com/ec...-installation/ ):

Delicious Tuning Q & A - FlexFuel BlueTooth Kits for EcuTeK ProECU RaceROM

Need some advice here: I'm installing the DW700cc injectors along with my DT flex fuel kit. I upgraded to the fuel injector adapters that connect between the DW injectors and OEM connectors. But now I can't fit the drivers side metal cover over the injectors because the adapters are in the way. Is it okay to leave the the metal cover off? Should I trim the metal cover (which would be a bitch I imagine)? Or have I angled the injectors incorrectly. I feel like I tried every combo. The passenger side metal cover was a tight fit but I managed.

Never mind. I ended up sucking it up and just notching the metal covering on one spot for the passenger side and two areas on the driver's side for fuel injector adapter clearance. I probably went through 4 dremel attachments. It was a bitch but it's done. If the metal covering exerts any pressure on the adapter/fuel injector combo, you get a spray of fuel all over the place. Don't ask how I know!
@sales@delicioustuning.com: The FnG with FlexFuel Tune on my JRSC seems to be running awesome! Cold and warm starts are no problem. AC running no problem. I'm actually getting less idling rpm fluctuation than the CARB and OEM tune. More importantly, I'm enjoying the new found power. I'll send you some logs later in the week for you to double check things. Thanks again for answering all my questions before making this purchase.

We're glad everything ended up well! We'll look into adding some photos for installation that show exactly where covers need to be trimmed for future reference on those injector connector adapters. Looking forward to your logs :)

How do we read the ethanol content with the Ecutek software on our laptop? For the life of me, I couldn't find it while I was creating logs for DT to review.

You can find this after expanding the "All Parameters" section and checking the line marked "Custom Map P Result" :)

Hey Zach, is there a way to troubleshoot the Bluetooth content analyzer? Not sure if it's the problem but it runs way better on e85 than 91. Bill has replaced it before and I want to be sure before I continue to troubleshoot. Thanks!

Hey Aaron,

Try connecting with the Android app and seeing what it displays (I don't remember if you have an Android or iPhone). If something is wrong, it should default to 0.00%. Make sure to use the app with the car on of course!

Zach

That too. "Custom Map P Result" in EcuTek is going to be a direct result of the ethanol percentage the ECU is reading.

Aaron,

I forgot you'd been tuned by Church! Typically we setup our Flex Fuel tunes to read ethanol content through "Custom Map P Result". More than likely, Shawn has his setup on a different custom map. Your best bet is going to be to ask Shawn which map he setup ethanol content to read through so you can view ethanol content.

When our App displays "-.-%", that typically means the Bluetooth device is not properly connected, or that Bluetooth has been turned off. In the event of a failure, the app would actually resort to reading a flat "0.00%", and your vehicle would run best on 91.

Hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Zach
