More than likely it will be later this year at this point.

Old Android devices are pretty cheap these days. $35 for a Nexus S on Ebay.

I just installed the kit this weekend. Is this normal?

Attachment 117962

The fuel line is almost kinked. It runs and works just fine that I can tell but it just looks weird to me that the fuel line would kink like that.

civicdrivr 08-16-2015 04:06 PM

No, the line is supposed to run behind and underneath the abs unit. They should not be kinked. I'll try to take a pic of mine later today.

Thanks. The instructions were...quite lacking.

What exactly is lacking in the instructions? We have over 140 of these kits on the market, and haven't run into any complaints with the instructions until now. We're always looking to improve the kit and experience, is there anything you'd recommend we note to make it easier for future customers to understand when installing?

As a side note, please email me your full name and order number so that I can get you out a replacement fuel line. It is not recommended to run the kit with the line kinked.

Sincerely,

Zach

Hey Zach,

Thanks for responding. At the time of install following the instructions were a bit difficult but also the pictures were hard to understand exactly where things were at. Now that I go back and look it does seem ok. The only thing I would suggest is to keep the same orientation of the pictures (if possible) so it would be easier to see exactly where the specific item is that you are trying to install. I think it was more frustration than anything so I apologize for taking it out on the forum.

I will send an email out here shortly with my information for a new fuel line. Thanks for helping me out.

Do you have a laptop? You can read it that way if you're parked. Or do you honestly need a way to check it constantly? I have the app and used it the first time i filled up but after that it was once in a blue moon.

I am the elephant in the room

HI! So this is just about exactly the kind of first real mod that I'd like to do. However, I'm busy with engineering classes and don't want to spend any more time buzzing around the internet looking for information. I just have one big question:
If I am 100% stock right now and I have absolutely nothing: what all will I need to run this kit. :sigh: I'll be the first to tell you that I am an amateur in this world and I really want to do everything properly and with high quality parts. I want a build that I can be proud of. Taking some off my autocross times would be nice too.
Thanks!

This kit and a tune I would say.

If your not running FI( and chasing over 250hp), you don't need injectors/fuel pump/clutch upgrades

Delicious can verify

Right, I knew that much... I'm actually mainly asking so that I can get an exact list of everything I need to buy so that I can know exactly how much I'll be spending. But thanks :)

Hey Keene,

This is probably a bit of a late reply so I apologize for that! Just to make sure I'm following forum rules here with regards to listing out items and prices, please email me at sales@delicioustuning.com.com. That way I can get you an accurate quote for everything you'll need, and remain within the rules of this board. :)

Sincerely,

Please Help

I'm trying to flash my ecu with my flash and go tune, and I keep getting the message that I have no programming licenses remaining. I put a Jackson racing sc on, and I can't start it without the re flash. How do I get the license to work? If I don't have one, why don't I? I am in my mid 40s and this is my first attempt at any kind of re flash, so I am sure I have screwed up somehow. I did read the instructions supplied on my cdrom from delicious. Please advise

-edit- problem solved. Had to "apply license update"!

When you purchased your tune, you purchased a license with it, correct?

If so, do the following (taken from http://blog.perrinperformance.com/ec...-installation/ ):

Quote:

Next you need to apply your license (downloaded*earlier) to your Dongle. Go to*Options, Apply License Update,*and this should take you to a window where your license update will show up. Choose the file by clicking on it, then clicking Open,*double click the file. Once license update is done, check to ensure it was applied to your dongle, by going to HELP, Feature and License Information.*In this window, look to the lower right hand corner and you should see*Remaining Flash Licenses…1,*or more if you purchased more.
