it still doesnt work on a stock one plus 7pro running android 10. it says enable bluetooth and restart the progam. bluetooth is enabled but for some reason it wont connect

It's still kind of clunky. You need to ensure that location services is enabled prior to booting the app. Try clearing the cache, rebooting the phone, turning on location services, then trying to scan and connect.

why the fuck does it need to know my gps location? also this might be why because i need to spoof my gps cords to use my bluetooth gps for trackaddict

It doesn't need your position to use Bluetooth, it's that google has tied Bluetooth operation into location services for some reason.

Now see I think there's a way to code around that. Both Torque and EcuTek Bluetooth connections do not require any permissions to be granted whatsoever and they've worked with Android 10 since it came out.

They both have location when you look in their app permissions. The app may work with them denied, but they are there.

It doesn't need it at all, but according to Google I need to have this as a permission to activate everything.

Will try to get a release out next week. Sorry I have been slammed with tunes, reviews and I write the code too.

Just a wag on my part but it may have something to do with their stupid covid tracker app that uses your bluetooth and gps to not track you.
