Recommended CAI and CBE

Ive had my eyes on the greddy intake and the TRD intake. I rather sacrifice power for a good sounding intake.

Also, a not too loud deep sound exhaut.

What do you guys recommend?

We guys reccommend you search the forum since this has been discussed more than Kim Kardashian's naked ass.

intakes aren't worth the money, you can get better gains from a simple drop in filter. For exhaust your best bet is to hit up a meet and hear people set ups to find out what you want.

couple of suggestions on the quieter side.

Perrin Resonated,
Invidia Q300
Ark DTS or grip, one is on the louder side and the other on the quieter, but i can never remember which is which.

people discussed that?

I must have amazing friends, i only saw the coffee maker.

Loaded question that. All personal opinions.
I have a Perrin cat back with a Perron front pipe. It's quiet, deep sound. Nice refined sound when you get on it.
All the research I did comes to the conclusion you should stick to a drop in filter. Put your money into a tune or something else.
But having said that, the Grimmspeed CAI, Skunkworks II, something with a bigger snorkel would be ok.
Go to a meet and listen to them in person would be best.

Kim's ass wasn't worth talking about much but this is!

I know I've searched this forum yesterday to find some intake and exhaust suggestions but Im not finding much. Its also a 2015 so no tuning for atleast a few years after warranty expires. Just want to do simple bolt ons. Thanks

You're not finding intake recommendations because they're not worth recommending. The factory intake IS a cold air intake. A drop in filter will get you another 3-7ish whp. Like the poster above mentioned, get a tune. That will improve drive ability and your max numbers a tad. Get an e85 tune (free with OFT tune) and you'll get 15-20whp and 15wtq.

For an exhaust just listen to vids. I have a TRD USA catback and it sounds great. My buddy runs a Namless axleback and it also sounds great. Neither provides much additional power, but that's not what we have them for I suppose.
