Does toe affect camber in the rear? More camber on one side after alignment
I just got an alignment on my BRZ. I notice that in the rear, I have almost 1 degree more of negative camber on the Right compared to the left. Would changing the toe in the rear correct this? This is on a completely stock BRZ. Input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No, toe does not change camber. Changing camber with adjustable LCA's will change toe though.
Was the alignment done with you sitting in the drivers seat? It should be, and I bet with more weight on the left your camber will even out a bit. Probably not enough to be equal, but definitely less unequal. Most cars have cross camber (comparing side to side) off by a fair amount stock, so this isn't surprising at all. About your toe settings though, why do you have so much rear toe? Most people aim for 1/16" max, which would be roughly 1.5mm total. |
