OS Giken Grand Touring vs ClutchMasters FX400

I daily my car with the occasional track day and some weekend spirited rides. I plan to be holding around 500HP and 400ish TQ.

Which clutch would you choose?

Hmmm. "Occasional Track day and some spirited rides". 500 whp and 400 lb*ft of torque "ish".

If it's your daily you might want to check into twin plate clutches since they have much better street manners. However, given those two, I'd take the OS Giken all day. They are tried and true across just about all of the tuner platforms.

My daily drive to work consists of about a 2 minute, half mile drive. Althought I don't put plenty of miles on in traffic, I think it's important to note that it is used for daily activities, such as getting groceries.

I also have an EBC and have the ability to tone things down for daily driving.

Don't know about the super singles, but I have used OS twins for years in many different cars and they are very streetable. The triple, wow, no. I call it the on/off switch.
