I just finished my retrofit on my brz i think it came out well! what do u guys think? I did a STI-R clear lens swap then added XBled halos. I got everything from the retrofit source. I also did passive demon eye and regular demon eye mod.

Looks good. Be careful though, if a cop wants to be a jerk, red lights in front, impersonating an officer, impound/jail time/fat ticket.

you could be right! be careful OP. This is pretty noticeable, I don't know if this is how it looks in person but if it does, lol, best of luck.

Sounds like he painted the shields and has an actual light in there. During the day or when light is reflected off the lens you can see the red (the painted shields). At night he would have to have the red led on as well for it to be seen and I'm assuming he would only be using it when parked since you won't be able to see shit with only the red led on (you won't see the red when the headlights are on.)
He shouldn't have a problem with cops unless they want to be a total ****.
