i got it on ebay. They had an Tofu shop frame, so I asked for a custom frame and then he made it and made a special auction for me.

They might have them stocked now. It was like $6 a frame.

It's a grimmspeed relocation kit. I don't remember where I got it, but you can pretty much get it anywhere now.
