WTB: Enkei Raijins (18x8.5 45mm and 18x9.5 45mm)

Who can get me some Enkei Raijin in hyper silver wrapped with Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 for cheaper than tire rack? Would prefer them mounted before shipment with TPMS sensors. Specs are as follows:
