Anyone in Portland area have access to CNC milling?
 

I'd like to remove about 10mm from the hub of my wheels to bring the front wheels closer to flush. Does anyone have access to a CNC milling machine here in Portland?

(Most manufacturers produce one wheel blank and then machine it to different offsets using this exact same procedure, so if you are about to reply about the dangers of modifying a wheel please do a little research first.)
