Perrin CAI got completely silent

So, as you can see in the video, this is the sound i got from installing the Perrin CAI couple weeks ago. It had very nice sound, and gave good ROAR at the high RPMs above 3, and even gave a nice deep sound at lower RPMs too until two days ago. I did not drive my car for couple of days and started it up 2 days ago. To my shock, my car was completely silent. It is even more silent than the stock intake now. What could be the issue guys? I checked the air filter under bumper, and it is still in place. Could this intake be clogged? Any opinions are greatly appreciated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnNC...ature=youtu.be

Pull the filter and intake off an check it. I'm betting you just got used to it however.

This is exactly why you shouldnt mess with something that was already well designed from the factory...

Drop in filters get the same gains as most intakes on the market and if I remember correctly the CAI from perrin is just barely better than their drop in foam filter that got 3 whp. Only if you spend more money on the inlet will it perform a lil better.

When with an after market drop in you get just as much as most intakes and dont need to worry about removing your bumper to clean it all the time for a fraction of the price too.

I'd check to make sure that the filter is still in place, since the air going through the filter will be making some of the noise. If the clamp is too tight, it could have pushed off the filter.
