OP must not be serious, he's butt hurt already.

I see your point of view.

Funny how no one pays attention to the tranny, axels, etc, just on the engine.

Funny how so many don't know/are too lazy to search

@Mikeez my car has never seen pumpgas. E85 only for 12,000 miles. Tell me again why it's not recommended?

Therese's axles and a transmission in this car!? I thought it was an engine then some black magic that made it get to the wheels... :bonk:

Reaper 11-07-2014 04:09 PM

Transmission doesn't like over 400whp. At 400wtq is doesn't last long at all. I havent herd about too many axles breaking but they seems to go around 450 with over an inch drop and good tires.

Fastbrew 11-07-2014 04:13 PM

If you are serious - dive in and do an NA vette engine with a new tranny. Plus everything else that goes along with this much power.

Mikeez 11-07-2014 06:51 PM

Maybe new axles and drive train o.o forgot about that

Misconception. That's only if the E85 has absorbed any water, which is why it's stored in sealed drums. It's hydroscopic.

Reaper 11-07-2014 08:21 PM

E85 corodes brass. There is no brass in our fuel system. We don't have a carburetor.
