FS: 2006 Porsche Cayman S 6-Speed

Up for sale is my Cayman S with about 50,900 miles. 6-Speed with OEM short shift kit. Xenons, BOSE, Sport Chrono, heated front seats, 19" OEM Sport Design Wheels (plenty of tread left and wheels are in perfect shape). The front bumper, half the hood and headlights have protective film installed. The motor/exhaust is stock. Only thing added this past June was a EVOMS V-Flow intake. I have a brand new OEM air filter also. Everything works and was always serviced at a Porsche dealer. Last service was this past June including oil and high temp brake flush. I bought the car in September of 2012 with 37,200 miles on her. I am the third owner, clean car fax and no paintwork. The car does have a few chips up front where there is no protective film. It also has a scratch on the passenger door that was previously sanded down and polished, but still visible. Interior shows no signs of wear.

The car has 10 DE days, but was not abused. Car runs great! More pictures upon request. Included will be a fire extinguisher & mount on drivers seat (Rennline) as well as a OEM car cover.

Asking $ 26,300. Buyer is responsible for shipping, but I'll help in any way I can. Car is located in Bucks County, PA. (New Price 1/8/15)

so much car for the money it is insane.
For a daily drive I'd buy this over an FRS any day. Just don't bring it on the track ... too costly.

It's not to costly at the track as long as you maintain it regular... although of course parts are more $$. I track a BRZ as well. It's amazing how well the BRZ handles compared to the Cayman. Both fantastic cars and track cars.

Fantastic deal! Good luck with the sale!

By any chance, you've never chased a dark blue BRZ through the twisties on almshouse road early in the morning, have you?

I am familiar with that road, but it wasn't me. Sounds like something I would do though :burnrubber:

Good deal... Wish I hadn't taken such interest in LSX boxster S swaps hehehehe. Someone get on this! Amazing cars... arguably the best drivers car porsche has made

Thanks. Car is still for sale. I will be pre-trading it in a few weeks so I am open to reasonable offers.

Nice car, GLWS! Someone should jump on this: if you've been considering an 86 but don't need the rear pseudo-seats / cavernous trunk, the Cayman's got all perks of the 86 plus some more power, more grip, and a fantastic engine sound. The car I drove was a 2009 base Cayman, and even so the factory Cayman feels even more neutral than a factory 86... lovely cars. I can only imagine that an S probably feels even pointier.

Thanks. She really is a fun awesome car to drive, especially at the track. A true drivers car that won't get you into trouble. Only reason I am selling is just to switch it up and get into something else. I have a feeling one day down the road I'll be in another Cayman. I will say this though... I am lucky enough to have the Cayman as well as the BRZ. They both handle great and are a blast to drive on the streets or the track!
