Custom Az Tunes

Have you gotten a custom tune?

Who/Where did you get it from?

Feedback on your experience?

I need to pay someone for a custom tune prior to Nov. 8th, and am running short of solutions :-/

I will be making an announcement this weekend for local custom tunes by William Knose of Delicious Tuning for the end of November. I would highly recommend the wait  I should have all the logistics worked out soon.

More details to come soon so keep an eye out for it.

Do you know by chance if Bill will have time to touch up tunes for people who already bought his tune?

Not likely.

Delicious is burning their reputation with me.

I paid for a tune this past Friday morning. It's now Thursday. Since then I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone, or email, and so much as give me an ETA on when I may be receiving the tune. Their phone's voicemail is also "full" each time I've given them a call.

Their site documents that its 48 business hours for a tune.

I'm ok with waiting, as I imagine they are a busy crew...but business practice and expectation setting has been a failure.

Note that prior to me purchasing their rep would promptly reply to emails. Not a word since.

Have no idea personally what the situation is and no skin in the game, but it is SEMA week and a lot of car guys are out of the office.

He is usually really busy and does take a while to get back to us, but always worth the wait so far in my experiences... I need my e85 flex fuel tune now actually as I just got all the parts I need in the mail today, Can't wait for my clutch to start slipping :-P

Juggles 11-07-2014 11:12 AM

Mmmmm flex fuel

Juggles 11-07-2014 11:13 AM

Sad to not have gotten that tune...track day is tomorrow :\

Bill is at SEMA right now. Sorry I didn't see this thread sooner. Almost all aftermarket companies are impossible to get in touch with right now as a result. Even if you are a little frustrated right now trust me that will all quickly dwindle once you are running his tune. SEMA is partly the reason I have not gotten the info up yet in regard to him doing some custom tunes here at the end of the month. Super busy time of the year for us aftermarket companies (and I didn't even go this year haha).

Chill dude Its SEMA week. Noone on the continental America is gonna be at home.
