Had some asshole who plastered the smokes poutine sticker on my driver's side window as well as my windshield (on the driver's side). Seriously? Placed so that I wouldn't be able to see where I'm driving unless I peel it off.

And of course, when I peel it off, it leaves that white sticker residue. Had to drive home from Toronto to Mississauga with this ugly shit on my car. Thank God my car didn't get scratched, although, I did see a nice red Camero with a huge scratch along his side door. Wasn't sure if that was done in the parking lot or it was existing before.

Btw, if anyone is wondering where this happened, it was in the ryerson parking lot by Yonge and Dundas (above the timmies).

Yeah, well, as I said, thank God it wasn't scratched... but either way, a bit of a pain to deal with. Why can't people just leave other people's shit alone?

At least it was only a sticker and not a key scratch :) Tomorrow night's Halloween and while I'm out partying, my car will be left alone on the driveway at home. All I'm gonna be thinking about is whether or not my car will be ok when I get back... Damn kids :(

Let me reiterate. I don't have a huge problem with people doing that to my car. Yes. It's only a sticker that I can easily remove with some goo-gone or rubbing alcohol, but the fact of the matter is that it was 1AM and I was in a rush to pick-up my girlfriend. So what could have taken 10-15 minutes, ended up taking much longer. Especially since it was a Saturday night, and there are literally cops on every block. I'm not sure how they would feel with stickers blocking my vision + RIDE checks (yes, I was ride checked as well).

End of the day, don't touch other people's shit.

After you get those stickers off I hope you bring them back to their fast food counter and just tell them you don't appreciate their business practice, then demand they pay up for your bottle of goo-gone by showing them the receipt.

Pain in the butt no doubt but you gotta see the funny side where Canadian vandalism directly involves poutine!!!!!!!

Someone could easily have been given a sticker, and just decided to stick it on a random car as they walked past.

I disagree. It's much more likely to be the result of a corporate marketing strategy so it doesn't matter which one you choose.

Smoke's is awesome. Smoke's stickers on my car is not. Though, I emailed smokes and they're mailing me a $25 gift card. Sooo, I guess they did their best to resolve it on their end.
