There's an MG of some kind center right, I think it's a Midget/Sprite (maybe an MGB) which began production in 1961. I don't know the details on sight but it looks like a pre big-bumper but that doesn't help the year determination. The only other car I recognize is the Beetle.

Note: looks like wire wheels in the old picture, definitely an option at the time, this picture however shows the rear end better than anything else I found searching for five minutes.

Ya I had the same issues trying to identify anything other the bus (could be almost any rear up to about 75 when they changed a bunch) and the MGB (that is what I thought it was) which from the pics I looked at seemed to be a mid 60s model but there wasn't a lot to go on.
