Touge Factory or P&L Motorsports for Service?

I live in Clarendon Hills I need to get fluids changed, bushings installed, and an alignment done on my 2013 FR-S. Both Touge Factory and P&L Motorsports come recommended and the service work needed is pretty straightforward, but I'm looking to develop a relationship with a shop and want the most qualified, skilled, and conscientious techs working on my car, no matter how small the job. P&L Motorsports is closer, but I'm happy to drive up to Touge Factory if they're the better of the two shops.

I'm hoping that forum members with experience with both shops can give me some insight - what does everyone think?

You'll start a war with people answering. I've heard nothing bad about Touge. I've heard some negative things about P&L - but not first hand.

They are both very competent, and will get the job done. Thing is, they are usually booked for weeks in advance, so I would go with the one that has an open slot at time and date convenient for me.

Both are good shops. I personally work at P&L, I am a tech, I've worked on a handful of peoples car on this forum.

Come by both shops and see what both has to offer as far as service.

I had TF install my turbo kit, then I brought the car over to P&L to be tuned... Best of both worlds!

Both shops are reputable and have great customer service.

As far as hearing negative reviews from P&L it's usually the guys that don't build their motor and push it too far. Bound to happen :bonk:

I have a ton of second hand feedback on P&L, seems like a mixed bag and its always backed up there.

TF has essentially put my car together—have nothing but the most positive things to say about them, their work, and the advice they lend. Highly recommended.
