Front turn signal/Parking Light and Side marker not working

Attempted to search and couldn't find anything on it. Dilemma is the front passenger turn signal/parking light along with the side marker not coming on. Just driver side.

But when I go to unlock and or lock the car, it blinks. So confused has anyone ever experience this?

Also if I'm actually using the turn signal it comes on.
