Uel headers suggestion

Alright guys, I'm pretty new to working on the frs. I need some help with some UEL header suggestions and I also have some questions.

Do all UEL headers give you a CEL?

What are the advantages of UEL give you over EL besides the reduction in the torque dip.

I'll take a look around the threads. Any suggestions though on a header?

Rev works makes a pretty sold design and is priced well and also sounds pretty damn good with a nameless Axel back.

Looking for something that's clean sounding and not raspy. Not looking to be the loudest car in the neighbor hood. I would spend $700 ball park. And it's my daily driver. I never go to the track.

Right now I'm 100% stock, but have been looking at the ark dt-s exhaust. Looking for something that doesn't drone.

With tuning... Tomei uel header $675

Without tuning... FT86Speedfactory catted uel header $969

Honestly for the deal, Open Flash Header / Tune Tablet $1000 for the power and tuning that literally idiot-proof (even i did it  )

Go to the thread that is literally 3-4 underneath this one.

For me it comes down to three options for a UEL header(as i have a ARK DT-S). JDL, Tomei, and FT86. I won't be tuning the car until after the warranty runs out... FT86 although catted has shown some cases of causing a CEL although this doesn't happen to everyone. For the other two there is the option of a defouler and hope it doesn't throw a code.

Another here with the Tomei UEL, I LOVE it. So much more torque down low. Driving the car is so much more pleasurable.
